ShutterBuddy’s PR team managed to cook up this gem: “The ShutterBuddy™ is a revolutionary new product that uses the science of infant vision development and pattern recognition to capture and hold a baby’s attention so that you can get a great picture.” Making your kid smile on command is another story, but I’ve heard things that squeak or jingle sometimes do the trick.

At $20, the ShutterBuddy is cheapish. Could be worth a look if you’ve got a bunch of holiday greeting cards to send out this year. Oh, and a baby.

Later this month, rapper Xzibit will star alongside actor Nicolas Cage when the film Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans is released in select theaters across the country.

Xzibit stars as the villainous Big Fate in Bad Lieutenant, a murderous drug dealer who has dealings with Cage’s character. 

In the film, Cage plays a dirty detective living in post-Katrina New Orleans who uses his clout as detective to retrieve drugs for his growing habit. 

Directed by Werner Herzog Bad Lieutenant also stars Eva Mendes, Val Kilmer, Jennifer Coolidge, Fairuza Balk, and Shawn Hatosy.

On November 20, Bad Lieutenant will be released in the following major cities: Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Washington DC. Following the November 20 release Bad Lieutenant will be released in the weeks following in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Houston, and more.

If there is one thing we all have in common, it’s breaking up with someone and 50 Cent is counting on it. The next single from 50’s upcoming “Before I Self Destruct” album is “Do You Think About Me,” and 50 says “So many people are gonna I.D. with it.” Calling the track his favorite from his new album, 50 added “the 55 percent of people that have been married and divorced are gonna identify.

“I was writing about the difference of how it felt when it was only about money once it got down to me dealing with the child-support situation,” he continued. “The friendship we had was forgotten. I believe people invest in each other and it’s never even when you’re in a relationship — one person is loving harder than the other. When the expectations aren’t being met, they kinda resent the other party. A lot of times they don’t go from being boyfriend and girlfriend or to getting engaged or being married back to being friends. They kinda gotta part ways from each other because one still has feelings and one is ready to move on.

The video for “Do You Think About Me” continues the precdent set by his previous “Baby By Me” video and will lead into his next single “Get It Hot.” 50 Cent’s “Before I Self Destruct” album hit’s stores on November 16th but you can get it digitally on iTunes now, click here!

Seems that the previously rumored Ricoh GXR will be coming in December. It’ll be smaller than even the slimmest micro four thirds out now and feature a system that’ll make it the first to allow both interchangeable lenses and sensors.

The GXR body will go for about $700, the macro lens and sensor for about $1,000, and the zoom lens and sensor for about $500. If the system works as well as the video implies, we might have some rather fantastic cameras ahead of us.

Though they haven’t started filming yet, Jay Z and Young Jeezy are already discussing the possibility of making a video for their new single, “Real as It Gets [Listen Here]“. While Jeezy is already making plans for cameos by Rick Ross in the video, Jay is trying to find time to fit it into his already tight schedule – which already includes the possibility of a Jigga-Jeezy tour in the beginning of 2010.

Earlier this month, Jeezy lent some insight into what you might expect from the video, saying: “We just gonna go dumb. Call Rick [Ross] up, everybody. [We'll have] cars, watches, blunts, money, just go dumb. Dumm-meeee! That’s what we need to do.”

Jay is behind the idea of filming a video for the single, but his busy schedule is putting a hold on it, for now at least. Speaking on when it could be filmed, the rapper was vague, saying “We’re trying to do that now as well. Hopefully, we’ll shoot that. But it’s difficult. I don’t have too many gaps in my schedule. So I’ll try to figure it out. I really wanna do it in Atlanta.”

Furthermore, the rapper discussed touring options when asked if Jeezy and him might tour together. “Yeah, that’s a possibility,” Jay said, confirming rumors that the New York and Atlanta rapper will embark on a tour at the beginning of the new year, he also elaborated on the great relationship he has with Jeezy, adding:”Young Jizzle — I got a great relationship with him. I think he’s one of those guys that’s gonna be here for a minute. People are interested in what he has to say. It’s not about a song, although he makes great songs. It’s more about what he has to say or what he has to offer: music that is sustainable, which is great and will be around forever.”
