Pusha T and Malice, better known to the rap and music industry as the hit group The Clipse, recently sat down to talk about their clothing brand on it’s one-year anniversary. The Virgina rappers first spoke on how exactly the clothing company got started. “It started with the We Got It 4 Cheap mixtape series, we started doing the shows, and the kids, not only did they know the words to the mixtape, but they were also just like yo he has on the Bathing Ape General Jacket, and that was just sort of before we were on the blogs, and I’m like well damn how you know about that and what is it for real, because this is just a box that gets sent to my crib. Shynes Father Talks about Son; Video of Shyne in Belize

Shyne’s father, the Prime Minister of Belize Dean Barrow has released his first official statement in support of his estranged son Shyne (Jamal Barrow) since Shyne has returned to Belize after deportation on Tuesday.
After a few days of Shyne being home Prime Minister Barrow expressed his hope that his son will recover from the physical and emotional stress of a decade in prison.
“When I saw him yesterday I was stunned. You don’t go to jail for that period of time. It’s obviously exacting a huge toll on you but I really was shocked to see what it had physically done to him. Clearly it will take some time for him to be able to recover from that experience. Not having gone through it myself, I don’t know whether one is ever able to recover. But it was wonderful to see that he is free at last, good to have him in Belize. Although he appeared physically frail, it was obvious that he was mentally strong as ever. He certainly kept talking to me about what his presence here at home could mean for this country, what opportunities he could cause us to be able to—he could create for us and I was certainly very impressed and gratified by that. I was also greatly pleased that the first thing he did was to go to the Youth Hostel. But I understand that in due course, he will speak to you himself and so perhaps I ought to leave it here. Good to have him home.”
Shyne has rented an entire floor at the Radisson Fort George until construction of an extension on the home of his uncle, Michael Finnegan, is complete. One of Shyne’s attorneys including Professor Charles Ogletree is arriving in Belize on Saturday and is expected to speak to the media.

Jay Z plans Real As It Gets Video with Jeezy

Though they haven’t started filming yet, Jay Z and Young Jeezy are already discussing the possibility of making a video for their new single, “Real as It Gets [Listen Here]“. While Jeezy is already making plans for cameos by Rick Ross in the video, Jay is trying to find time to fit it into his already tight schedule – which already includes the possibility of a Jigga-Jeezy tour in the beginning of 2010.
Earlier this month, Jeezy lent some insight into what you might expect from the video, saying: “We just gonna go dumb. Call Rick [Ross] up, everybody. [We'll have] cars, watches, blunts, money, just go dumb. Dumm-meeee! That’s what we need to do.”
Jay is behind the idea of filming a video for the single, but his busy schedule is putting a hold on it, for now at least. Speaking on when it could be filmed, the rapper was vague, saying “We’re trying to do that now as well. Hopefully, we’ll shoot that. But it’s difficult. I don’t have too many gaps in my schedule. So I’ll try to figure it out. I really wanna do it in Atlanta.”
Furthermore, the rapper discussed touring options when asked if Jeezy and him might tour together. “Yeah, that’s a possibility,” Jay said, confirming rumors that the New York and Atlanta rapper will embark on a tour at the beginning of the new year, he also elaborated on the great relationship he has with Jeezy, adding:”Young Jizzle — I got a great relationship with him. I think he’s one of those guys that’s gonna be here for a minute. People are interested in what he has to say. It’s not about a song, although he makes great songs. It’s more about what he has to say or what he has to offer: music that is sustainable, which is great and will be around forever.”
