Hip Hop entrepreneur Kevin Black has been casted for Launch My Line, Bravo’s lasted television competition series.
Hosted by famed designer twins Dean and Dan Caten, Launch My Line takes 10 fashion designers and matches them with 10 industry veterans, with the pair working on creating their own fashion line for each episode. The winners of the whole competition will subsequently be given their own official clothing line, with it being released in stores across the country as well as online.
Making his start as a roadie-turned-road manager for Run-DMC in the mid-80’s, Kevin Blackhas held various positions across the music industry, including Vice President of Urban Music at Virgin Records, Vice President of Rap Marketing and Promotions with Interscope Records, as well as current CEO of his own promotional company in U Can Fly Holdings.
Along with Black, veteran deejay Eric Cubeechee will also compete for his own clothing line.Launch My Line premieres December 2 on Bravo.
